At WCL we’re always looking for ways to better serve our clients, whether this be improvements to our current services, or offering additional services.
To allow us to identify where we can improve or what additional support is required, the best source of information is feedback from our clients. And based on feedback we’re excited to announce some new services available from WCL.
A lot of clients have asked for help and advice around their company pensions. As a result, we’ve spent the past few months developing our pension-related proposition. We are now pleased to announce that with immediate effect we will be offering the following pension-related services:
Scheme setup
Unsure of which type of scheme to use or how to get everything setup correctly? Worry no more – we can get every setup and running just as you require it.
Re-enrolment of staff within the pension scheme
Every three years you must assess any employees who have left your workplace pension and re-enrol them if they are still eligible. We can take care of everything for you, leaving you once less thing to worry about.
Pension Regulator Declaration of Compliance
If you are unsure of what information is required, what you need to provide, and the deadlines involved, we can take care of everything for you.
Staff enrolment
This includes staff assessment, enrolment if criteria is met and production of all employee letters/correspondence on this matter, including informing them of their pension rights, etc.
Important note: Any business which employs staff (other than directors only) should have a pension scheme in place. Even if staff do not meet the criteria for auto enrolment, entitled workers still have the right to join the scheme.
Switching providers
Looking to change providers? We can administer the switching of pension scheme from one provider to another, making everything as simple as possible for you.
Scheme basis
We can change your pension scheme basis from relief at source to a salary sacrifice scheme as requested.
