What's one piece of accounting advice you think all business owners should follow?
One piece of accounting advice I would give to business owners is to track expenses in real time, this way they will avoid falling behind or potentially missing out on tax deductible items if lost.

What's your role at the firm, and what does a typical day look like for you?
My current role at the firm is Accounts Apprentice and a typical day for me usually involves dealing with client queries, bookkeeping, and working closely with my colleagues to gain better experience and knowledge within the workplace.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and travelling to different places around the world.

What's one myth about accountants you'd like to bust?
That accountants aren’t needed anymore due to all the new software, as I believe we provide a service that is a lot more than just the software as this is just something that makes everyday tasks quicker and easier but will not provide a solution to all problems.

If you could automate one part of accounting forever, what would it be and why?
I would like to automate the client chasing process as I believe this would help to save time and improve the overall business efficiency.

If I wasn't an accountant, I would be...
If I wasn’t an accountant, I think I would enjoy joining the social media marketing industry where I can use my business knowledge and skills to help individuals and companies to become better.

"WCL has a unique offer. They have quickly become our trusted business partners for all things finance and legal. What a great asset to have. I’d highly recommend them."
