Year end

The benefits of WCL’s year end service

Businesses that trade as a limited company need to file statutory accounts with Companies House within 9 months of their year end and a company tax return with HMRC within 12 months. Sole traders need to file their self-assessment return by the January 31st deadline.

By outsourcing these administrative returns to WCL you can rest easy knowing that they will be submitted on time and in accordance with accepted accounting and tax practice ensuring you avoid any penalties and fines for late or incomplete submissions.

We can provide our year end service in addition to our bookkeeping service. Alternatively, it can be provided as a separate, standalone service with your accounts and company tax return based on a trial balance or other financial information you have prepared in-house.
